The Cheese Trap wins a place on my coffee table

I can't wait to share this book! Dr. Barnard makes a solid case for switching away from cheese--for health and for kindness to the animals. Now that I know what goes into cheese, I am completely grossed out. We eat a ton of it and don't even realize the effects it is having on us. This book is an eye-opener as there is so much to gain from NOT succumbing to a cheese addiction. The Cheese Trap is going on my coffee table so that all my friends can become informed. Trying the tofu feta recipe tonight!

Dairy ruined my health

I ate cheese by the fistful for decades. While on my dairy odyssey, I also had severe allergies, asthma, acne, IBS and rosacea. Since giving up dairy, I have a new lease on life. I highly recommend all of Dr. Barnard's books, but this one is the best yet. He talks about the cruelty of the dairy industry and how dairy wreaks havoc on your body. I NEVER thought I would be meat and dairy free, but I am and feel better than ever.

The future of food and medicine is VEGAN!

I have been a vegetarian for 25 years and always struggled to break my addiction to cheese and eggs (my ultimate goal is to be 100% vegan - which I've managed for short periods of time). This book is so informative and I believe it IS the future of health and medicine. Thank you Neal Barnard!!!!
