Great book about a great system to lose weight

Easy to understand

Straightforward
I love the fact that weight watchers makes it so easy to lose weight. Everyone knows that losing weight means reducing calories. To lose weight you could be obsessive and count your calories every food you eat OR just use the weight watchers point system. You won't have to stress about food so much. Calorie counting is OK for some time, but personally, you give up, your family freaks out because of your obsessive lifestyle. Instead read this book to help you learn how to lose weight using the weight watchers point system. This is a food diary, so I recommend getting the paperback so you can write on it and keep track of what your points are.
